Slimming Coaching


There are 3 basic elements to achieving Inner Health & Fitness:

  • Self Esteem – believing that you deserve to be fit, healthy and happy, inside and out – for life.
  • Motivation – finding your target motivation so that you know what really matters to you, and once you’ve got it, you won’t let it go – ever!
  • Learning to live and eat like a naturally slim person – discovering how to free yourself from the dieting treadmill and make food your friend instead of your enemy

Working either one to one or in small groups you will learn how to:

  • Increase your body confidence and self-esteem
  • Improve your relationship with food
  • Change old habits, beliefs and addictions
  • Set yourself realistic achievable goals
  • Motivate yourself to succeed
  • Eat and exercise like naturally slim people do
  • Give up dieting and live without the scales
  • Make time for yourself and your needs

 

Slimming Coaching
How it works

Option 1 – One to one personal coaching
(minimum of six sessions recommended)

Your first consultation will last for 1½ hours and involves full assessment of your lifestyle history, including your relationship with food and any relevant medical conditions.  You will also agree exactly what it is that you want to achieve from the programme.

Your second session will be approximately two weeks later and will include a full nutritional analysis.  Further sessions, tailored to your individual needs, will be at monthly intervals.  E-mail or telephone support is available between sessions.  Sessions 2 to 6 will last for 1 hour each.

Option 2 – Small group sessions
(6 sessions)

As part of a small group you will be guided through the programme over a period of approximately six months.  You will be encouraged to support one another through the process and Kate will also provide e-mail assistance between sessions.

Individual nutritional analysis is available to group clients for an extra charge.

 

Free Introductory Workshops
(Planned for occasional Saturday mornings and on demand)
