Ruth is qualified in acupuncture and acupressure massage.  She has successfully met the standards of the three-year, full time Masters level training at the Northern College of Acupuncture, York.  As an Acupuncturist in her first year of practice Ruth is classified as a pre-registration practitioner.  This means that she is fully competent to practice and she will receive ongoing support and distance supervision from the college.  Ruth carries full professional indemnity and public liability insurance cover.

 The Northern College Diploma in Acupuncture course is accredited by the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and as such ensures that standards of safety and professional practice are maintained in accordance with the BAcC.
