Holistic Nutritional Medicine - Overview

Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science to promote optimum health, prevention of disease, encourage peak performance and assess any dietary and nutrient imbalances that are contributing to your current health problems. A specifically tailored Nutritional Therapy programme will address any vitamin, mineral and other nutrient deficiencies and support the efficiency of the body’s many metabolic pathways, which will in turn enhance the body’s ability to cope with stress, infection and disease.
