Freda has experience of working with people of all ages and abilities having trained as a registered nurse specialising in learning disabilities and gaining experience in working in community, hospital, education and social care settings. Freda offers Bowen Technique and Reiki treatments, she trained with the European College of Bowen Studies and is a Reiki Master Practitioner.

As a member of the Bowen Therapists European Register (B.T.E.R) and the UK Reiki Federation, Freda is bound by a strict Code of Practice, Ethics and constitution in order to ensure the safety and well-being of her clients
